Consulting:

Consulting with the client to accommodate and meet their business needs.

Coordination of construction for new developments, restorations and expansions:

Space planning, design, construction of tenant space and building improvements; obtain all required approvals and coordinate projects from inception to completion.

Due diligence:

Evaluating and inspecting the property both from a physical and financial aspect, from equipment, systems, maintenance programs and contracts to leases, liabilities restrictions and encumbrances.

Leasehold and Tenant Improvement Coordination:

Coordinating with the Tenant for Leasehold and Tenant improvements.

Leasing, renewals, relocations, and expansions:

In house team of leasing specialists; interaction and relationship building with tenant and brokers; coordinating property marketing initiatives.

Legal Documentation:

Preparing legal documentation (leases, renewals, assignments, amendments, surrenders) and liaising with legal council to negotiate and finalize documents.
